Winter BookingConditions

A 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking. This must be received within one week of the booking being made.

The 50% balance must be paid six weeks before arrival and must be received by the agent within this time. When a booking is made within six weeks of arrival the full amount must be paid immediately.

If the booking is cancelled more than six weeks before arrival, Frueauf Village will refund the deposit less a cancellation fee of $300 which will be retained by Frueauf Village. If the booking is cancelled less than six weeks before arrival, Frueauf Village will attempt to re let the week, and if Frueauf Village can re-let the apartment the money held by Frueauf Village will be refunded less a $300 cancellation fee which will be retained by Frueauf Village.

If Frueauf Village cannot re-let the apartment, all moneys held by Frueauf Village will be retained.

Falls Creek Snow Guarantee

The following conditions apply:

The Snow Guarantee ensures that if 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival there is insufficient snow to enable snowsports on at least 3 designated downhill runs at Falls Creek all payments proved to be received (less 15% booking fee) will be refunded. Booking fees vary by property. All snow guarantee cancellations must be received 48hours prior to scheduled arrival. This guarantee does not apply if snowsport runs at the Resort cannot be accessed should ski lifts be unable to operate due to other conditions. This guarantee is applicable every day during the declared Victorian ski season.

This guarantee is applicable every dayduring the declared Victorian ski season.

Summer Booking Conditions

A 10% deposit is required to confirm the booking. This must be received within one week of the booking being made. A further 40% deposit is required by 30 August 2011. The 50% balance must be paid six weeks before arrival.

When a booking is made within six weeks of arrival, the full amount must be paid immediately. If the booking is cancelled more than six weeks before arrival, Frueauf Village will refund the deposit less a cancellation fee of $300 which will be retained by Frueauf Village.

If the booking is cancelled less than six weeks before arrival, Frueauf Village will attempt to re-let the week and if Frueauf Village can re-let the apartment; the money held by Frueauf Village will be refunded less a $300 cancellation fee which will be retained by Frueauf Village.
